Tasks:

·     Drive long and short-term sales/profitability

·     Adapt and implement a sales strategy to TOP products

·     Set agreed sales targets

·     Control sales and marketing related costs

·     Establish and maintain key account customer  relationships

·     Prepare budgets and assist monthly and quarterly forecasts and reports

·     Construct and motivate the sales team

·     Develop Sales Organisation (Sales Talents) according to Market requirements

·     Drafting and revision of MTA, CDA and contracts.

Requirements:

·     Previous experience in a marketing position preferably in a biotech-pharma company

·     A track record of  business development and key account management

·     Experience in managing, negotiating and closing project based quotations

·     Good commercial skills

·     Strategic and innovative thinking

·     Teamplayer, influencing and convincing power

·     Good leader: encouraging, motivating, giving direction

·     Strong customer focus

·     Very good skills in English; any other EU language would be an asset

·     A degree in Science would constitute a preferential title

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate extensive experience in:

·       
-  Planning and construction of plasmid vectors.

·       
-  Cloning of genomic DNA fragments.

·       
-  Use of molecular biology software for PCR primer design, database  mining and sequence analysis.

·       
-  Basic knowledge of cell culture and transfection techniques.

Candidates should have acquired 3-4 years experience in the field and be fluent in English. A documented record of work stages abroad will constitute a preferential title.
